Hydraulic Stretching Machine for Filter Shell Making

 It is mainly used for the stretching process of filter shell, and cooperate with the combined die to realize the secondary deep drawing, trimming and shaping at one time. It can also be used for the stretching and pressing of metal products in hardware industry.

The machine adopts advanced two-way cartridge valve oil circuit, elegant, less system failure, high reliability and small reversing impact; The movable worktable has fast empty travel speed and high production efficiency. The machine can also be used for stretching and forming tableware, kitchenware, metal shell of motor and electrical appliances, lamps and other products; Shaping, pressing, stretching and trimming of metal or non-metallic parts.

This hydraulic Stretching Machine apply in making the shell of spin on oil or fuel filter. We supply single station, three station , four station hydraulic stretching machine for your choose, normally for spin on filter shell use, the maxium pressure 150 tons is eough.

Main Features

1. It has a reasonable structure, good rigidity, good guidance, fast idle travel speed, and easy operation and maintenance
characteristic.
2. The parallel accuracy of the machine is adjusted by four nuts under the upper crossbeam. The fuel supply system is on the right side of the main engine, and the electrical system is above the fuel tank
3. The control is controlled by buttons on the electrical control box, which can achieve jog, single cycle, and constant pressure compression.
4. Pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to production process requirements.
