Product Description

PU Adhesive Glue

PU adhesive is an elastic material that produces filter end caps by pouring. This eliminates the need for the iron end cap and rubber sealing ring of the air filter element, and is also the most ideal product for producing plate type air filters.
 

Physical & Chemical Performance

Material A:
Appearance: Uniform orange red liquid (other colors can be configured as needed) PU rubber filter cartridge | PU filter cartridge
Density: 1.02g/mg
Viscosity: 800-1000MPa S(25ºC)

Material B:
Appearance: Brown yellow liquid
Density: 1.27g/ml
Viscosity: 25-50MPa S(25ºC)

How to use it
 

1. Mix material A evenly with a handheld drill before using glue every day, and shake material B.
2. Turn on the electric heating plate and adjust the temperature to 40-50 degrees. Preheat materials A and B in small containers during winter.
3. Wipe the mold with release agent.
4. Mix materials A and B in a ratio of 100:40, add 40% talc powder, and stir the mixed adhesive solution with a 2800 rpm motor. The stirring time is determined by the amount of adhesive, with approximately 7-10 seconds per 100 grams of adhesive.
5. Pour the evenly mixed liquid into the mold, then place the paper core and apply pressure.
6. Demould in 10 minutes.

Heat Curing Adhesive 

Suitable for bonding paper cores and metal end caps of filters such as internal combustion engines. (Air filter, oil filter, oil filter, fuel filter, etc.)
 

Features
1. It has strong adhesion to metal end caps, and the cured adhesive layer has good water and oil resistance. Temperature resistance. Aging resistance performance.
2. It has a wide range of process adaptability and can adapt to heating in drying ducts or ovens. It is also suitable for bonding and curing both ends together to improve production efficiency. (Both machine injection and manual injection are acceptable)
3. Long storage period without deterioration or sedimentation or clumping.

Hot Melt Adhesive

Hot melt adhesive are mainly used as a support in the assembly stage and to bond filter paper. A further use is bonding of filter folds to form so-called (pocket filters) which are used mainly used for air filters.
