The machine is mainly suitable for foaming PU filter, air filter filter element dryer.

1.Stepless speed regulation, 60 stations, each station can be heated independently, and cacontrol the temperature separately.

2.The device uses automatic and manual operation of the pressure plate fall and rise, two-way control.

3.The equipment adopts circulating work to improve production efficiency.
4.The bottom heating method is used to make PU adhesive foam more fully.

5.The tray is made of customized aluminum plate, the purpose is to conduct heat evenly.and the pressure plate is made of yellow spray iron plate, the purpose is large stiffnessand smooth. 

6.During the operation of the pressure plate, there are quide columns on both sides tomake the pressure plate fall smoothly and balanced.
