It is a two-component or multi-component high-performance semi/fully automatic mixing and quantitative feeding system that can be applied to foam sealing, bonding, and pouring of different workpieces. It can accurately process liquids, medium viscosity and high viscosity Pu, Expoy, Silicon, and other polymerization reactants.

Main Features

1. The hybrid system adopts an environmentally friendly high-pressure water cleaning device.
2. The precision circulation valve is controlled by sensor pneumatic and fluid mechanics principles.
3. The raw materials are always kept in a good circulating and standby state
4. Direct multi-stage spraying of components is possible.
5. The speed of the mixing head is electronically controlled, and the mixing head adopts a special design.

6. Use a blowing type pinhole spray valve to dry the mixing head.

Panel Air Filter Making Process

1.Non-woven Cloth & Filter Paper Pleating

This process need the knife pleating machine to fold the filter paper. It consists of multiple parts such as feeding, folding, cutting, and forming.  The folding section folds the filtering medium to form a certain width, the cutting section cuts the folded filtering medium, and the forming section shapes the cut filtering medium.

 

2. PU Frame Molding & Air Filter Assembly

This process need PU glue injection machine to pour PU for auto air filter and industry filter. The machine designed with X-Y axial square revolving working table which can not only pour square seal pack, but also round and special seal pack.Plastic molds and PU adhesive can be buy separately.

3. Air Filter Gluing

It need the Panel air filter gluing machine.It used for dispensing hot melt lines on the surface of the panel air filter.

4. Air Filter Curing

This process is to dry the air filter to make it structure solid. It adopts the rotating disk drying, the machine cover an area of an area small, feeding and unloading material more convenient.

5. Frame Trimming

This process is for trimming of PU end cover or sealing gasket of PU air filter.

6. Printing & Finished

You can print on the cartridge as desired.And also can according customers requirement to full-sealing heat shrinkable film of air filter, square air filter and other filters.
