Filter Element Glue Adhesive
Filter glue is a specialized adhesive used to bond filter element end caps and filter paper, playing a key role in filter manufacturing. The air, oil, fuel and other filter elements used in internal combustion engines cannot do without filter gel. It is mainly composed of epoxy resin and curing agent, and auxiliary materials are added to meet different needs.
The reason why filter adhesive needs to possess these characteristics is that filters face many complex situations during the operation of automobiles. When the car is driving, it will constantly vibrate. If the filter adhesive is not tightly bonded or the vibration resistant filter paper and end cover may separate, it may affect the filtering effect.

It's commonly used in commercial vehicles, passenger cars, construction machinery, vacuum cleaners, air compressors, and industrial filters.
PU adhesive is an elastic material that produces filter end caps by pouring. This eliminates the need for the iron end cap and rubber sealing ring of the air filter element, and is also the most ideal product for producing plate type air filters.

Oil Fuel Filter Thermosetting Adhesive
The production line uses a glue injection machine to inject glue, and the filter cartridge glue is heated and solidified in a curing furnace. This filter cartridge adhesive that can be used on injection molding machines belongs to polyvinyl chloride thermosetting adhesive, which is a single component and has a curing temperature between 170-200 ℃. In production, attention should be paid to controlling the injection time, injection amount, and curing temperature, and strive to achieve a proportional relationship between mechanization and automation production speed and quality requirements as much as possible.

Hot Melt Glue
Hot melt adhesive is used for bonding panel air filter. Connect the folded filter paper by heating and melting it, and then coating it with a glue machine. The injection temperature can be selected within the range of 115-140 ℃, and the curing time is 20-25s (ambient temperature is 20 ℃), suitable for large-scale production.
Special Glue
Special Glue for Rubber Pad
This product is suitable for the bonding of metal andrubber, especially suitable for the bonding of filter rubberpad and end cover.
Should be sealed, stored in a dry, ventilated, cool place.Te storage period is 12 months.
Anaerobic Adhesive
This product is suitable for sealing and sealing of all kinds ofrotary oil filter and fuel filter.
Should be sealed, stored in a dry, ventilated, cool placeThe storage period is 6 months.
