PU Glue for Air Filter

It's commonly used in commercial vehicles, passenger cars, construction machinery, vacuum cleaners, air compressors, and industrial filters.

PU adhesive is an elastic material that produces filter end caps by pouring. This eliminates the need for the iron end cap and rubber sealing ring of the air filter element, and is also the most ideal product for producing plate type air filters.

How to use the PU glue
 

1. Mix material A evenly with a handheld drill before using glue every day, and shake material B.
2. Turn on the electric heating plate and adjust the temperature to 40-50 degrees. Preheat materials A and B in small containers during winter.
3. Wipe the mold with release agent.
4. Mix materials A and B in a ratio of 100:40, add 40% talc powder, and stir the mixed adhesive solution with a 2800 rpm motor. The stirring time is determined by the amount of adhesive, with approximately 7-10 seconds per 100 grams of adhesive.
5. Pour the evenly mixed liquid into the mold, then place the paper core and apply pressure.
6. Demould in 10 minutes.
