This machine is used for dispensing hot melt lines on the surface of the panel air filter.
Main Features
Composed of 5 pairs of tension rollers, it can effectively prevent slipping during the traction process. Two of the rollers are designed with groove structures and CNC machining. Regardless of the thickness of the adhesive line, the filter paper can smoothly pass through the groove rollers with high hardness chrome plating treatment. When the hot melt adhesive is stuck, the rollers are not easily scratched or damaged when scraping the hot melt adhesive. Compared to my peers, the tension rollers supported on both sides are made of profiles, while I use a 20MM thick steel plate that has undergone natural color oxidation treatment. Stability without shaking during stretching operation.
