Expanded / Perforated Metal Mesh

The expanded metal mesh is made of high-quality carbon steel plate stretched by a steel mesh punching and shearing machine, and the surface treatment adopts a galvanizing process. It is an important component of filters for inner supporting and outer protection.

The Perforated Metal Mesh can be used with advantage in many situations, for instance when requiring sound reduction, weight saving, air control, auto filters, a decorative surface, or simply a non-skid effect.

Air filter paper

Air filter paper is applied to the air filter of automobile engine. Its function is to filter out the dust and impurities when the air enters the engine through the filter paper. Therefore, its filtering function ensures the supply of clean air and protects the engine from wear.

PU Adhesive Glue

PU adhesive is an elastic material that produces filter end caps by pouring. This eliminates the need for the iron end cap and rubber sealing ring of the air filter element, and is also the most ideal product for producing plate type air filters.
